Memory should be alive, but not convenient.

01 / About the book

Not a court judgment. Not a family legend.

This book is a personal memoir and a documented reconstruction.

It begins not with the crisis of 2024, but with people who lived long before it: with Koltashi and Rezh in the Urals, war, major construction projects, migration and the family habit of starting again.

Where an event is not supported by a primary source, it is presented as a recollection, a position or the author’s hypothesis. Disputed statements about third parties require separate legal review.

“If a book is intended for descendants, it should begin not with a crisis, but with what existed long before it.”

02 / Direct family line

Five generations.
One shared habit —
to keep moving forward.

The family-history section is based on the 2019 genealogical study by Project Life and materials from the family archive.

Litigation, memory and what will remain

Autumn 2026 was spent in the courts of two countries at once. On 19 October the Vienna Labour Court (ASG Wien) rejected Megainpharm's motion, and on 21 October it issued a certificate stating that the decision had not yet entered into force. On 21 October a tax refund for Mega-Plastik arrived in the lawyer's trust account. In Russia, a preliminary hearing took place in Chernyakhovsk on 27 October; the appeal at the Moscow City Court is scheduled for 8 December. Meanwhile, Megainpharm put miramistin gels on store shelves, and the MYRALPIN trademark was registered in the EU. Life in Vienna goes on all the same: a new job, long-term residence documents for the family.

At the appeal it was said that A.Y. wanted to reconcile everyone. I see it differently. But it was Anton who at the time persuaded me to sit down at one table with my father, and it was this, not words about courage, that made the conversation possible.

In autumn 2026 I began working independently and putting my experience to profitable use.

04 / Epilogue

For those who come after us

If you are reading this many years from now, Miramistin, Megainpharm, Innovexa and the names of courts may be nothing more than words in an archive. I hope that will be the case.

Do not look for a single villain in this book. And do not make me its hero. Serious problems rarely take such a convenient form.

If you have a family business, write the rules before you need them. Separate ownership from management. Establish a procedure for leaving.

And one more thing: never let a legal dispute explain an entire person to you.

After September 2026

This book is finished, but the story goes on. The courts proceed in their own order, and no decision has yet become final. We record only what can be verified, and we draw no conclusions on the court's behalf. For those who read this later: what matters here is not victories and defeats, but how the family held together and built a life in a new place.

A document should limit our certainty when we want to know more than we truly do.
